<p>Introducing, the <strong>Runners&#8217; Edge Triathlon Club</strong>!</p>
<p>Jeff Scull, our nutrition expert, has returned from intense training with the national triathlon team and is bringing his knowledge and experience to Runners&#8217; Edge!  Jeff will share his thorough understanding of the three triathlon disciplines: swim, bike and run, as well as nutritional tips to help ensure that you have the ability and the fuel required to complete a triathlon this summer!</p>
<p><strong>Start Date</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Monday May 14, 2012</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>End Date</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Sunday August 12, 2012 (This is the same date as the <a href="http://www.trisportcanada.com/niagara.php" target="_blank">Niagara Triathlon</a>)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Weekly group training sessions</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Monday (time and location TBA) - Swim</li>
<li>Tuesday @ 6:15pm (optional) - Run (optional)</li>
<li>Thursday @ 6:00pm -  Brick (bike and run)</li>
<li>Saturday @ 8:00am - Bike</li>
</ul>
<p>All training runs and rides begin and end at Runners&#8217; Edge.<br />
Individual training sessions will also be provided for you to complete on your own.</p>
<p><strong>What is included?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Personalized training program to fit your level of fitness, time availability, work schedule and goals.</li>
<li>Programs will be sent to you on a weekly basis detailing your specific training</li>
<li>Three weekly group training sessions (plus one optional)</li>
<li>Training will include a combination of slower aerobic style workouts, steady tempo workouts, and faster interval workouts</li>
<li>There will be additional emphasis on stretching, strengthening, and technique</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Triathlon Club Fee</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>$100 per month</li>
</ul>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yoga for Runners is starting a new session!  If you have never tried Yoga, now is a great chance to try it!  These prices are a great deal!</p>
<p>I have participated in a few of Cindy&#8217;s classes and I noticed a significant difference in my strength and flexibility.  I have suffered from a tight hamstring since 2005.  I would feel major discomfort in my left hamstring and buttocks while sitting watching T.V. or driving the car.  During a class last month I felt the muscles in my leg and buttocks stretch out.  Now I have been able to sit for significant amount of time longer then before with no discomfort.</p>
<p><strong>I am a believer in Yoga and it&#8217;s potential to help me be a stronger runner!</strong></p>
<p>Focus:</p>

<li> Building strength, flexibility and balance to help improve running.  Build awareness of posture and breath to improve running form.</li>
</ul>
